Roles and Responsibilities as a Store Manager:

  • As the Store Manager you will be a true brand ambassador and lead the team by example.
  • You will nurture the client experience to the highest levels and work closely with the team to help drive sales, build lasting loyalty to the brand.
  • Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plan.
  • Drive client development activities among individual team members to cultivate new and existing clients.
  • Operationally, you will manage efficient back of house team and ensure consistency with established operational procedures.
  • Identify and execute efficiencies and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive traffic to the store and increase sales.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the retail market, including trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in retail management as Assistant or Store Manager level.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing team.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
