Job Description

A Local Authority in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Quality & Performance Manager to join their team on an initial 3-month contract, with scope to extend.

This is a key role within the management team, driving improvements across complaints, performance, and service delivery.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading on complex and escalated complaints, including member enquiries
    Analysing performance data and KPI trends to identify areas for improvement
    Attending management meetings to provide insight and recommend solutions
    Embedding service improvements and supporting managers to raise standards

What you'll need:

  • Local Authority experience within Quality, Performance or Complaints
  • Confidence handling complex cases and interpreting management data
  • Experience influencing managers and driving service improvement
  • Ability to attend the Hertfordshire office 2 days per week (flexible arrangement)
