Commercial Manager (Data Centre Projects, Norway & Austria)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join a growing team supporting high-value data centre projects across Norway and Austria. This London-based role will focus on ensuring commercial and contractual compliance across multiple international projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Review and analyse incoming contracts in collaboration with the internal legal team.
• 
  Work closely with overseas commercial leads to ensure all contracts and project arrangements comply with legal and company standards.
• 
  Provide commercial guidance to project teams on contract interpretation, risk, and compliance.
• 
  Support negotiation of contractual terms where necessary.
• 
  Maintain clear records of contractual decisions and actions across all projects.

Requirements:

• 
  Strong commercial and contract management experience, ideally with a background in legal aspects of contracts.
• 
  Proven experience in managing or supporting international projects, preferably within the data centre or construction sectors.
• 
  Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex contract documents.
• 
  Strong communication skills for liaising with both internal teams and international stakeholders.
• 
  Based in London and able to work flexibly across multiple time zones as required.

Desirable:

• 
  Experience with European contracts and legal frameworks.
• 
  Familiarity with data centre construction projects.
