Aspire People, an established education agency established for over 21 years is opening a new office in Wales and we are looking for a passionate and motivated Candidate Recruiter to join our newly opened office. Role: Full-Time Team Candidate Recruiter
Location: Cardiff Office
Salary: 25k- 30k (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

This Team Candidate Recruiter role will see you supporting our new team of consultants as they drive recruitment efforts for education professionals. You'll be responsible for sourcing and managing candidates, ensuring they meet compliance standards, and providing support for the recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and progress in your career.

As you grow in the role, there will be clear progression plans in place to work 1:1 with consultants, where you'll begin earning commission on top of your salary. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the team, and you'll be rewarded for your hard work.

Key duties will include:
Supporting consultants in sourcing and recruiting education candidates for a range of roles.
Conducting compliance checks, including background and DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Managing candidate pipelines and assisting consultants with administrative tasks.
Ensuring that all candidates meet the required standards and are placed in suitable roles.

We're looking for someone who is eager to develop within a recruitment role and has a genuine passion for supporting education recruitment. Previous experience within education or health and social care recruitment is desirable, as well as competency in compliance and background checks.

Desired Experience/Skills:
Previous recruitment experience, ideally within the education or health and social care sectors.
Strong understanding of compliance regulations and background checks.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Ambition to progress and the ability to work well within a supportive team.
