We work with clients to generate meaningful outcomes and are extremely proud of our proven track record for accelerating business growth and creating a meaningful difference.HMN spans London, Leeds, Manchester, and Edinburgh, servicing clients through our agencies including Havas Media, Havas Market, Arena Media and Ledger Bennett. This role is based in in London, but has a remit that spans the full HMN, so there will be a significant remit across our Havas Village in Kings Cross.THE ROLE: This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced specialist with great publisher knowledge, connections in the affiliate community, and client facing skills to manage a portfolio of internationally recognised brands.Extensive affiliate experience is required, ideally within an agency environment but this isn't essential. We have ambitious growth targets for affiliates so you will have the autonomy and support to really make this role your own and to build out the team under you. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive go-getter who wants to take the next stage in their Affiliate career. both within the team, the agency and across the industry. Taking a vocal point of view on industry issues and driving our positioning.This includes regularly presenting in team monthly meetings on Knowledge Shares for examples of Drive acquisition product & service development for the business and take an active role in collaboratively driving overall product development. Develop affiliate expertise, tech knowledge and all-round skill set of all your direct reports.DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:At least 4-5 years' experience within an Affiliate remit, ideally within an agency environment.Proven experience of working with enterprise level clients and large budgets.Excellent knowledge/experience of acquisition channels, including affiliates, email, lead generation, app download activity and strategy.Excellent knowledge of industry tools and latest technologies. Line management experience is essential.Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise workload across your team. Excellent communicator - written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently. Ability to work under pressure.
