About the Role
You will join a supportive Science faculty committed to delivering high-quality STEM education. The role will involve:
Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4, with a focus on Physics at GCSE level
Designing engaging lessons that encourage analytical thinking and problem-solving
Promoting practical experimentation and real-world application of scientific principles
Supporting intervention strategies to raise attainment in Physics
Contributing to enrichment activities such as STEM competitions and university partnerships
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has strong Physics subject knowledge and a passion for STEM
Sets high standards for behaviour and achievement
Is confident using data to inform planning and progress
Works collaboratively within a team-focused department
