Location: Birtley
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 5:00pm
Manpower are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-known and reputable company based in Birtley, for a full-time Administrator to join their busy and friendly team.

As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations through effective communication, accurate data management, and efficient booking coordination.
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
Handle enquiries, provide information, and direct calls to appropriate team members
Take and relay accurate messages
Input, update, and maintain data across company systems
Maintain accurate customer records and booking information
Prepare basic reports and summaries as required
Carry out general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and managing emails
Take customer bookings via phone and email
Update calendars, scheduling systems, or booking software
Confirm bookings and communicate details to customers
Manage cancellations, amendments, and availability updates
We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates:
Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
High accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience with booking systems (preferred but not essential)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
12.21 per hour
Full-time, stable hours (Monday-Friday)
