P2/P3 Architect / Architectural Technologist

Bristol (Contract - 12 months)

The Role
This role offers candidates the opportunity to lead projects from concept through to delivery, collaborating with a network of creative and experienced professionals. Candidates will be challenged to drive professional growth while contributing to design excellence across a range of projects, scales, and sectors.

Key Requirements

  • RIBA Part 3 qualification or CIAT accreditation
  • 5-10 years' experience delivering complex projects at different stages, with strong understanding of UK Building Regulations
  • Proven experience working directly with clients and contractors, leading and coordinating design teams
  • Understanding of the design process and RIBA Plan of Work, with ability to deliver projects from concept to on-site delivery
  • Experience leading multi-discipline teams, ensuring design coordination, interface resolution, clash detection, and resolution
  • Ability to produce, analyse, and advise on materials selection, specifications, and detailed design solutions
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; experience with Navisworks, BIM model federation, model checking, and on-site job running is desirable
