The Head of Girls' Sport will work closely with the Director of Sport and the Assistant Director(s) of Sport, the post holder will shape and deliver the Girls' Sport Development and Performance pathway, ensuring smooth progression between Junior Prep and Senior Prep, and preparing pupils for the next stage of their sporting and personal development.
