As a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant in Sheffield, you will operate in a fast-paced sales environment, partnering with schools across the region to place high-quality teachers and support staff into roles where they make a genuine impact.
You will be responsible for generating new business, building long-term client relationships, and developing your own specialist desk with full support and structured training.
Proactively sourcing and headhunting education professionals
Screening and interviewing candidates
Building and maintaining relationships with schools across Sheffield and surrounding areas
Negotiating placements and closing deals
Working to ambitious targets with clear financial incentives
As you develop, you will manage your own client portfolio and earn commission on every successful placement. Your results will directly influence your earnings and progression.
No recruitment experience is required - attitude and drive matter more.
