Astute's Power Team is partnering with a leading principal contractor in the Energy from Waste sector to recruit a BIM Modeller for its North London site.
The BIM Modeller role comes with a annual salary of between 50,000 to 55,000.

Responsibilities and duties of the BIM Modeller role:
Use BIM software to develop and maintain detailed 3D models
Ensure model compliance with industry standards and project
requirements.
Execute clash detection and discuss and resolve issues in the design.
Collaborate with AEC professionals and stakeholders and participate in
project meetings to ensure coordinated and accurate designs.
Update and revise models based upon feedback and project changes.
Perform model quality checks to ensure they are accurate and
complete.
We are looking for someone with the following:
Degree or certification in related discipline (civil engineering,
architecture, BIM, etc.)
Knowledge of BIM software
Salary and details of the BIM Modeller role:
50,000 to 55,000 per year
Starting February/March 2026
North London
