This is an exceptional opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) with experience in property litigation to join a supportive, forward-thinking practice. Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of property-related disputes from instruction through to resolution
Handle a wide range of matters including boundary disputes, TOLATA claims, commercial and residential landlord & tenant issues, and easement disputes
Represent clients in County Court, High Court, and Tribunal proceedings
Provide clear advice on legal prospects, strategy, and settlement negotiations
Build and maintain strong client relationships, including with individuals, landlords, and SMEs
Collaborate across departments and contribute to the wider goals of the team
Support marketing and business development activities, including networking and content creation
Experience Required
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx), ideally with experience in property disputes
Able to manage a varied caseload independently from start to finish
Sound knowledge of litigation strategy and court procedures
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client care
Commercially minded, with an interest in networking and business development
A team player with a flexible, proactive approach to work
