Income Administrative Assistant
Location: Communities we serve, Head Office (Didsbury, Manchester) & Hybrid
Salary Range: 27,000
Permanent / Full time / 35 hours per week in the office

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Income Assistant to join our team who is enthusiastic, dynamic and customer focused. As part of our busy Income team, you will provide a responsive service and support our customers to pay their rent.

Minimum Requirements:
Office based role
Maths & English Grade C/ 4 GSCE or equivalent
Experience with Microsoft Office-working knowledge of Excel especially.

We offer a 35-hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme, and 25 days holiday increasing to 30 days.

Interview Date (with a short assessment): Tuesday 3 March
