We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to lead the delivery of a leading social care provider's recruitment & retention strategy across operational sites and central services.
This is a strategic and hands on role within the People Team, responsible for ensuring a high-quality, compliant and values led recruitment service that attracts and retains an exceptional workforce.
This is a 3 month assignment, starting immediately on a hybrid working model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
