Job Description Own the Strategy
  • Define and execute a multi-year product vision for warehouse, fulfillment, and operational systems
  • Prioritize initiatives that improve margin, throughput, accuracy, and customer experience
  • Establish clear success metrics tied to operational and financial KPIs
Lead Systems & Integrations
  • Own third-party warehouse platforms, automation systems (e.g., pick-to-light, robotics), carriers, and integrations with ERP, ecommerce, billing, and CRM platforms
  • Design scalable, well-documented integrations and event-driven workflows
  • Reduce manual processes and system failure points across the order-to-cash lifecycle
Optimise Warehouse & Fulfilment
  • Translate operational workflows (receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, returns) into scalable technical solutions
  • Partner with Operations to modernize processes and fully leverage automation
  • Ensure the right telemetry, reporting, and data instrumentation are in place for continuous improvement
Enhance Customer Support Systems
  • Improve CX tooling, workflows, automations, and escalation processes
  • Collaborate with Customer Support and Analytics to increase efficiency and reduce operational friction
  • Turn insights into clear requirements and delivered solutions
Drive AI & Advanced Optimization
  • Identify and implement AI/ML use cases in fulfillment and back-office systems (e.g., wave planning, batching, slotting, labor optimization, forecasting)
  • Evaluate build vs. buy opportunities for advanced optimization tools
  • Partner with Data teams to test and iterate on decisioning models
Deliver with Excellence
  • Own backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and Agile execution
  • Write clear product requirements, functional specs, and documentation
  • Lead UAT, change management, rollout, and training
  • Communicate trade-offs and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership
The Successful Applicant
  • 7+ years of product management experience in ecommerce, subscription, marketplace, 3PL, or other operations-heavy environments
  • Direct ownership of warehouse/fulfilment or back-office systems (WMS, OMS, ERP, automation, integrations)
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and warehouse automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs (productivity, accuracy, SLAs) and the full Order-to-Cash lifecycle
  • Experience working with Customer Support systems and CX tooling
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses and event-based architectures
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and written communication skills
