Job Title: Assistant Headteacher - Behaviour and Attitudes
Location: Park School, Chipping Norton, OX7 5QH
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £58,000.00 per annum ( depending on experience, not pro rata )
Contract: Permanent Term Time Only
Start: April 2026

About the Role
As Assistant Headteacher, you will take a proactive, strategic approach to Behaviour and Attitudes across the school. You'll ensure consistency, promote high standards, and implement systems and routines that foster a positive, safe, and productive learning environment.
This role combines leadership, mentorship, and operational responsibility, offering the chance to directly influence pupil outcomes, staff development, and the overall ethos of Park School.
