PurposeWe are seeking a skilled and commercially astute lawyer to join as a permanent member of our Group Legal team within M&G, supporting the business on a wide range of commercial and contractual matters. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts within the financial services sector and who is able to provide sound commercial risk assessments on legal issues.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe role encompasses a broad range of legal skills, focused on commercial contracting and encompassing legal advisory, contractual structuring and execution, drafting and negotiating documentation and supporting the company's strategic commercial projects.
