Greater Manchester operates as a Group comprising the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA), Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) and Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service (GMFRS). Together, the organisations deliver against a shared vision of 'Three Organisations, One Team'. The Group Director of Organisational Development will provide senior leadership to align people, culture and systems in support of the Greater Manchester Strategy.
The Group Director of Organisational Development reports directly to the Group Chief Executive (GMCA, GMFRS & TfGM). The role is a member of the Group Leadership Team (GLT), contributing to collective leadership across the Greater Manchester Combined Authority, Transport for Greater Manchester and Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service.
