Fashion Department Manager Stroud

Hours: 42.5 hours per week, alternate weekends

Salary: DOE

About the role:

As fashion department manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running, commercial success, and customer experience of the fashion department.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, developing and inspiring your team to deliver excellent service and performance
  • Managing seasonal ranges, trend-led displays, and inspiring visual merchandising
  • Drive sales and profitability through clear KPIs, commercial planning, and strategic decision-making
  • Monitor stock levels, manage EPOS accuracy, and use sales and profit reports to optimise performance
  • Maintain high store standards in line with company guidelines
  • Implement strategic changes to support departmental growth
  • Collaborate with the wider management team to support overall store success
