PERM POSITION I'm currently looking for an experienced MEP Site Manager to oversee complex mechanical and public health installations across a range of commercial and residential projects.
This role will take ownership of plant rooms and full building services packages from first fix through to commissioning and handover.
Key responsibilities: Management of commercial plant rooms.
Oversight of domestic & commercial mechanical services.
Installation of smoke vent systems.
Management of ventilation and HVAC systems.
Delivery of residential and commercial sprinkler systems.
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.
