Job Description
Daily Rate: 140 - 220 per day (dependent on role, experience, and responsibilities)

As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining positive classroom behaviour, and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher. Opportunities range from daily cover to longer-term placements.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across your subject or key stage
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment
Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom routines
Provide feedback to school staff at the end of each assignment
Support pupils' learning and engagement throughout the school day
Essential Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant UK teaching qualification
Experience teaching in UK primary
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Flexibility, reliability, and a professional approach
Ability to travel to schools across Rochdale and potentially Oldham
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
