Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to join our client's team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a part-time position working 30 hours per week, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office and providing administrative assistance across the business.
This role would suit someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a varied workload in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Providing general administrative support to the team
Answering telephone calls and responding to email enquiries
Managing diaries, appointments, and meeting arrangements
Data entry and maintaining accurate electronic and paper records
Preparing correspondence, reports, and documentation
Ordering office supplies and liaising with suppliers
Assisting with filing, scanning, and document management
Supporting other departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
