A well-established international property and construction consultancy is currently looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their central London team. With a strong presence across commercial, hospitality, residential, and high-end fit-out sectors, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a global practice delivering complex, design-led projects.

This role would suit a career-driven Quantity Surveyor with consultancy experience who is looking to build their expertise across a wide portfolio while working towards MRICS chartership. The consultancy offers structured APC support, strong internal development, and opportunities to work closely with senior professionals and blue-chip clients.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be involved in projects from feasibility to final account, gaining experience in both pre- and post-contract services. Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in delivering full cost consultancy services across multiple sectors
  • Support preparation of cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
  • Manage procurement processes and administer JCT/NEC contracts
  • Assist with valuations, variations, and cost reporting
  • Attend client and design team meetings, contributing to key decisions
  • Collaborate with senior team members on high-profile London projects

Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements

  • 2-4 years' experience in a consultancy or client-side QS role
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a RICS-accredited discipline
  • Working knowledge of both pre- and post-contract duties
  • Familiarity with JCT and/or NEC contracts
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, proactive mindset
  • Committed to working towards MRICS chartership
