Plumber
Full Time
Location: Birmingham
20 per hour + milage paid
Benefits: 38 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
Sellick Partnerships are working with an organisation within the public sector based in Birmingham that is seeking an experienced plumber to join their team on a long term contract basis.
The role of the Plumber will involve carrying out a range of plumbing works in a healthcare facility.
Responsibilities of the Plumber include:
- Receiving work orders and completing them to the required timescales
- Liaising with tenants and staff in relation to the completion of tasks
- Ensure that work is completed to an agreed timescale
- Constantly ensuring that health and safety are adhered to
The successful Plumber will possess:
- Previous experience of working within a health care environment (desirable)
- NVQ or C&G Level 2 Heating/Vent/Plumbing
- Legionella/TMV/Disinfection awareness and training
