The Role: What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business development and billing across London boroughs, working within one of our specialist teams:

  • SEN
  • Secondary Support
  • Secondary Teachers
  • Primary East
  • Primary West
  • SANZA Teaching Agency

Your focus will be purely on sales, relationships, and placements. You will be supported by dedicated resourcers and compliance teams, allowing you to concentrate on maximising revenue and growing your desk.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactive business development with schools across your designated boroughs
  • Cold calling, business development calls, and strategic follow-ups
  • Sending marketing mailers and candidate availability updates to schools
  • Conducting school visits and face-to-face meetings
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with schools and candidates
  • Managing and growing accounts to maximise placements and billing

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 12 months' experience as an education recruitment consultant
  • Proven success in billing and business development
  • Strong knowledge of the education recruitment market
  • Confident communicator with a consultative, relationship-led approach
  • Resilient, driven, and motivated to achieve outstanding results
