Hygiene Manager Night Shift
Food Manufacturing Greater Manchester
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Benefits
Our client are a national business with multiple sites across the UK. They have recently opened a brand new small heavily automated manufacturing site on the West of Manchester.
The role
You ll lead and develop a small team of Operatives to deliver great hygiene standards on a nightly basis. The site operates two shifts Monday -Friday and hygiene across the night.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and maintaining cleaning schedules and hygiene plans
- Validating daily cleaning performance and verification records
- Developing and improving hygiene procedures in line with legislation and best practice
