You will own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-level vacancies, providing guidance to hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a professional, inclusive experience for all applicants. The role includes managing recruitment operations, supporting onboarding, and contributing to process improvements across the Group. Key responsibilities:
The successful Talent Acquisition Advisor will have:
You will have 2+ years experience in professional services talent acquisition, ideally in-house or in accounting recruitment, be confident managing mid-level and part-qualified vacancies from sourcing to offer.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and proficiency with job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ICAEW, and ACCA plus the ability to manage multiple vacancies across locations while maintaining accuracy.
Strong communication skills, adaptable to a range of stakeholders and office environments and strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors under pressure. You will be adaptable, able to prioritise and juggle competing responsibilities with a full UK driving license for ad-hoc travel across offices. Relevant qualification (CIPD Level 3/5 or CertIHR) desirable but not essential
