Due to the retirement of the current Headteacher, the Trustees of St. Bartholomew's CE Multi-Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an inspirational, values-driven and child-centred Head of School, who will lead St Benedict Biscop CE Primary School on the next stage of their journey.
St Benedict Biscop Church of England Primary School is a successful and happy one-form entry primary school serving approximately 199 pupils aged 3-11 in the South Staffordshire village of Wombourne. Outcomes are significantly above national figures.
St. Benedict Biscop CE Primary School was graded as Good in their March 2023 Ofsted inspection, with Outstanding judgements for Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership and Management, and Early Years Provision.
The successful candidate will work closely with the local governing board and lead the staff team to build upon and enhance the school's successes, so that all staff and children continue to thrive and flourish.
