Outbound Customer Service Advisor

• Making outbound calls to customers who have made enquiries of services
• To ensure that all customer communication, both verbal and written, is of the highest standard at all times
• Ensuring all written paperwork is sent to customers in a timely and accurate fashion
• Recording and logging all correspondence and updating and maintaining a database
• To follow up on all correspondence

Person Specification - Outbound Customer Service Advisor

• Must have a confident, professional telephone manner
• Previous experience of working within a similar role
• IT literate with accurate data entry skills
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve team goals
