Lease Advisory Surveyor
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + benefits
Location: London (with travel across London & the South East)
We are working with one of the UK's leading names in Commercial property. We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join a well-established Commercial Landlord & Tenant / Lease Advisory team based in London.
This role offers a broad and varied caseload, covering rent reviews, lease renewals and asset management instructions for a wide range of occupier and investor clients across the retail, industrial and office sectors, both regionally and nationally.
This position will suit a surveyor looking for a new challenge, with the opportunity to build long-term client relationships while delivering an excellent service. The role will involve frequent travel across London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspection and measurement of commercial property
- Gathering and assimilation of comparable evidence
- Preparation of schedules and client reports
- Day-to-day interface with clients and opposing advisors
- Conducting rent review and lease renewal negotiations
- Preparation of expert reports for rent reviews and lease renewals
- Agreeing and confirming terms of business and fees
- Identification and development of new instructions
- Attending client update and business development meetings
- Collaborative working with colleagues across wider commercial property teams
- Cross-selling services to other teams and supporting shared project
- Competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
