Agency Surveyor

We are working with a well-established property consultancy in Worcester who are looking to appoint an Agency Surveyor as part of their continued growth.
This opportunity would suit an APC studier, a surveyor transitioning from residential into commercial, or a newly qualified / recently qualified agency surveyor seeking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.

The Role
The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of commercial agency work, including:

• Sales and lettings of commercial property
• Lease renewals and rent reviews
• Property inspections and market appraisals
• Assisting with client instructions and business development
• Supporting senior surveyors while gradually building their own portfolio

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree-qualified in a relevant surveying or property discipline
• APC studier, newly MRICS qualified, or from a residential background looking to move into commercial agency
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Commercially minded with a professional and proactive approach
• Full UK driving licence preferred
