Plumber / Multi-tradesman

I'm looking for a Plumber / Multi Tradesman for a project in tenanted Social Housing Properties in Cambridge. This is a temp to perm contract but can just be 6 months worth of temp work

The Plumber / Multi Tradesman will be expected to:

• Plumbing maintenance and repairs
• All maintenance and repairs

Ideally I'm looking to speak to a Plumber Multi trader that has:

• Experience in social housing properties
• Additional skills such as tiling, flooring, Carpentry etc

And in return, the Plumber Multi trader will receive:

• 23.31 per hour
• Ongoing work
• Van and a fuel card
• Chance for permanent work
