An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-regarded, family-run developer on a brand new launch in Aylesford, Kent.

The development comprises 62 units across 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses - a fantastic opportunity to be involved from the very start.

What we're offering:

• 32,350 basic salary with 55k OTE
• 1 full weekend off per month

What we're looking for:

• A driven and hungry individual who thrives in a sales environment
• New homes experience is ideal, but we will also consider strong candidates with a solid estate agency background
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Someone who enjoys working with buyers from start to finish

The role: You will be based on site 5 days a week, playing a key role in driving sales on this brand new development from launch. This is a great chance to make your mark on a high-profile project with a developer who genuinely values their team.
