Job Description
The Head of Commercial Real Estate will be:
- Managing, supervising and developing a growing team, ensuring high quality delivery and efficient workflows.
- Overseeing and growing a busy caseload across core commercial real estate matters.
- Collaborating with corporate colleagues on property aspects of wider transactions, including due diligence.
- Driving business development initiatives and building strong relationships to expand the department's reach.
The Successful Applicant
The Head of Commercial Real Estate should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 7+ years' PQE in commercial real estate.
- A proven leader with experience supervising or managing a team.
- An excellent communicator with strong networking and relationship building capability.
