Nursery Assistants & EYFS Teaching Assistants

Empowering Learning are currently recruiting Nursery Assistants and EYFS specialist Teaching Assistants to work across a number of well-established private day nurseries in Warrington.

We are looking for both qualified and unqualified staff who are passionate about early years education and supporting children during their crucial developmental stages.

Pay rate: 13.68 - 16.50 per hour, depending on role, qualifications and experience.

• Nursery Assistants (qualified and unqualified)

• EYFS Specialist Teaching Assistants

• Early Years Support Staff

Opportunities available:

• Supporting children aged 0-5 within a safe, nurturing and stimulating nursery environment

• Assisting with play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework

• Supporting children's emotional, social and physical development

• Working closely with nursery practitioners, room leaders and managers

• Upholding safeguarding, health & safety and nursery policies at all times

• A genuine interest in working with young children

• Childcare or Early Years qualifications (Level 2 or Level 3 desirable, not essential)

• EYFS or nursery-based experience preferred

• A caring, patient and reliable approach

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• Competitive hourly pay of 13.68 - 16.50 per hour
