As Director of our Executive Search practice, you will also have a seat on the Prospectus Leadership Team, influencing the wider business.

As Director of Executive Search, you will take full ownership of our retained search business with the mandate, autonomy and support to scale it further. You will work with boards, CEOs and senior leaders of charities, foundations, NGOs and social enterprises, helping them appoint the leadership they need to deliver lasting impact. This is an opportunity to lead in a fast-paced, consultative environment where you will play a pivotal role in identifying and appointing exceptional leaders that drive meaningful change in organisations and society.
