Main Duties & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative. A great communicator who is detail oriented, a problem solver and able to build strong relationships with customers.
Main duties
- Providing first class service by talking directly and honestly with our customers and developing a deep understanding of what they need from our business.
- Communicating with our customers mainly on the telephone, but through a variety of different channels; via phone or email.
- Order processing and issuing order confirmations.
- Raising Proforma invoices.
- Using customer websites to process/confirm orders.
- Releasing of orders to despatch for shipment.
- Raising export documentation.
- Co-ordinating with scheduling, production and purchasing reference customer orders & attending weekly production meetings.
- Logging customer complaints on CRM system.
- Booking deliveries both UK and European/using carrier systems.
What we are looking for
- Strong Administrative background.
- Ideally 3 years customer service and sales experience.
- Excellent MS Office proficiency.

- You will be comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- Ability to investigating customer problems, getting to the root cause and putting them right.
- You will be friendly, organised and resilient.
- You will be happy to take direction and prioritise tasks.
