Job Description

Artis HR are on the lookout for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fast-paced organisation within the telecoms sector on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will support leaders across the business, acting as a trusted people partner through day-to-day HR matters and periods of change.

The role will involve:
Partnering closely with managers to provide pragmatic, commercial HR advice

Supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to exit

Managing a range of employee relations cases, including performance, absence, disciplinaries and grievances

Advising on organisational change, restructures and consultation processes

Supporting performance management and annual people cycles

Providing guidance on reward, pay reviews and role alignment

Working collaboratively with wider HR and specialist teams

Ensuring HR practices align with employment legislation and best practice

The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role

Strong employee relations capability and confidence handling complex cases

Sound knowledge of UK employment law

The ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels

Experience working in a fast-paced or operational environment

What's on offer:
12-month fixed-term contract

Salary up to 57,000

South West based role
