What you will be doing

You will:

• Be hands-on and front-facing during busy service periods

• Support high-volume breakfast and lunch service

• Play an integral role in developing, coaching, and engaging the team

• Help implement and maintain improved service standards

• Support rotas, stock control, and daily operations

• Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety

• Work closely with senior management to drive consistency and performance

What we're looking for

This role will suit you if:

• You have proven experience as an Assistant Cafe Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager

• You come from busy retail restaurant or branded food operations

• You're confident leading from the floor in high-footfall environments

• You're organised, people-focused, and service-driven

• You can reliably commute to a Hampshire location, including early starts
