English & Drama Teacher - Hillingdon

A secondary school based in Hillingdon, West London are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic English & Drama Teacher to join their team.
This is a long-term position, starting as soon as possible, with the potential to continue until the end of the academic year.
The role is full time, teaching English and Drama across KS3 and KS4.
Salary will be paid in line with Outer London MPS/UPS.
Applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

English & Drama Teacher - Hillingdon

Deliver engaging and creative English and Drama lessons that inspire confidence and self-expression.
Support students in developing strong literacy, communication, and performance skills.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment with high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
Plan and deliver lessons that meet the needs of learners of all abilities.
Work collaboratively with colleagues within the department and across the school.

Qualifications and Person Specification:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A relevant degree in English, Drama, or a related subject
Strong subject knowledge in both English and Drama
Ability to engage and motivate students
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Approachable, creative, and professional
