About the Role
As a Learning Facilitator, you will:
- Support learners and educators by delivering engaging educational and enrichment activities
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Foster personal development and build learners confidence and skills
- Monitor and record learner attendance and progress
This is a rewarding role where you ll make a real difference in the lives of learners who need extra support to re-engage with education and training.
What We re Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to engage and motivate learners
- A flexible approach to delivering qualifications across various subjects
- A commitment to creating a supportive and effective learning atmosphere
- A teaching or assessing qualification (desirable but not essential)
