Rate: £500 - £550/day

Role Overview:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full ownership of subcontract packages, including:
- Assessing applications for payment, valuations, and final accounts
- Managing change control and commercial risk
- Working closely with site teams, project managers, and the client
- Ensuring compliance with contract requirements and company procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor or subcontractor
- Proven experience on heavy civils projects in rail, highways, water, or energy sectors
- Strong subcontractor and supply chain management experience
- Knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial procedures
