Your role as Chef De Partie

• Supporting the Head and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard, consistently and on time
• Maintaining food quality, taste and presentation
• Training and mentoring junior team members
• Assisting with menu development and daily specials
• Ensuring a clean, organised and food-safe kitchen
