Location covering services from Coventry to Wiltshire £35,000 Full Time (37.5 hrs)

Diamond Search Recruitment is representing a specialist care and education provider seeking a passionate Psychotherapist to support young people with SEMH needs, trauma histories, communication difficulties, and neurodiversity.

The role:

• Deliver 1:1 and group therapeutic interventions

• Complete assessments and contribute to EHCPs and care plans

• Provide consultation and training to staff

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team across schools and residential settings

About you:

• Qualified Psychotherapist with relevant accreditation

• Experience supporting young people with complex needs

• Trauma-informed, child-centred approach

• Strong assessment and communication skills
