Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in central Bolton, who are seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join their Early Years team from Easter. This is a full-time position, initially on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an EYFS practitioner who is committed to giving children the very best start to their learning journey. The school has a strong focus on child-centred learning, creativity, and nurturing positive relationships with pupils and families.
As the EYFS Teacher, you will:
Take responsibility for planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS Framework
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
Support children's development across the prime and specific areas of learning
Use ongoing assessment to track progress and inform next steps
Work collaboratively with EYFS colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders
Build positive relationships with parents and carers
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Have recent experience teaching in Early Years (Nursery or Reception)
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and early child development
Be enthusiastic, patient, and nurturing, with high expectations for all pupils
Have excellent classroom management and communication skills
Be open to feedback and committed to professional development
