Year 6 Interventions Teacher

Part-Time 2 Days per Week Feb-May 2026 130- 150 per day (depending on experience & pay type)

Prospero Teaching is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 6 Interventions Teacher to support a welcoming primary school in Bridgwater. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for a teacher with strong KS2 experience who is passionate about raising attainment and helping pupils reach their full potential ahead of SATs.

• Start date: Week commencing 23rd February 2026

• End date: 15th May 2026

• Days: 2 days per week

• Focus: Delivering targeted interventions in Maths, Reading and Writing for Year 6 pupils

• Setting: Supportive primary school with a collaborative staff team

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Strong understanding of the Year 6 curriculum and SATs preparation

• Experience delivering small-group or 1:1 interventions

• Confident in assessing pupil progress and adapting learning accordingly

• Reliable, proactive and committed to improving outcomes for learners

• Competitive daily rates: 130- 150
