We re seeking a motivated leader to champion outstanding teaching, learning, assessment, and inclusive practice across all subject areas, including functional skills.
Your key impact:
- Lead quality improvement across teaching and learning
- Manage and support Neurodiversity & Reading Specialists
- Drive lesson observations, learning walks, and deep dives
- Coach and develop teaching staff to raise performance
- Deliver CPD and share innovative teaching methods
- Strengthen support for neurodiverse and high-need learners
- Build a positive, aspirational learning culture
We re looking for someone who:
- Holds a relevant Teaching Qualification (QTLS or equivalent) and Assessor/Verifier Award
- Inspires both staff and learners to achieve success
- Communicates clearly and leads with confidence
- Solves problems and manages deadlines effectively
- Works well under pressure and within a team
- Shares best practice and modern teaching approaches
- Has strong influencing and leadership skills
