Caretaker

Fantastic opportunity for a Caretaker to work with a leading Housing Provider in the Greater London Area.

My client is looking for a number of self-motivated, and experienced Caretakers for a role based in the Sutton area of Greater London (SM1).

Work will mainly involve, cleaning communal areas and touchpoints, rubbish removals, removal of fly tipping, some basic grounds maintenance, gardening and graffiti removal.

This is a great opportunity for to secure yourself a great run of work with a leading housing provider.

Start date: 02/02/2026

Hours: 36 hours per week.

Location: Sutton, Greater London and surrounding areas

Duration: 3 months - possibly longer

Pay rate: 15

Requirements:

• Caretaker/Cleaning experience
• Driving licence
