Primary Cover Teacher (QTS)

We are currently recruiting Qualified Teachers (QTS) to undertake day-to-day supply teaching across a range of primary schools in Colchester and the surrounding area.

This role is ideal for teachers seeking flexible work, whether you are an experienced practitioner, an ECT, or a teacher returning to the classroom who wants to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

• Ensuring a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment

• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Supporting pupils' learning and progress during teacher absence

• Providing feedback to the school at the end of the day

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential

• Experience teaching in a UK primary school setting

• Confident classroom management skills
