Carpenter

I'm looking for a Carpenter for work on Remedials and Installs on doors within social housing properties. This role can come with a company van and fuel card supplied, the work is ongoing and has the opportunity to be taken on either as a permanent employee or a direct subcontractor after 12 weeks

The Carpenter will be required to travel to social housing properties, sheltered housing schemes and care homes to carry out repairs/remedials on Fire Doors within the properties, and occasionally replace doors with new Fire Doorsets

Ideally, I'm looking to speak to Carpenters that have:

• Their own tools
• A full, clean driving licence (A van can be provided if you don't have your own)
• Experience working within social housing
• Experience working with Fire Doors
• CSCS Card

And in return, the Carpenter will receive:

• 25 per hour if using your own van (Plus mileage expenses)
• 23 per hour with a Van and Fuel Card supplied
• A permanent contract (or a direct subcontractor position working on price) after 12 weeks
